1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kkbb", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the kkbb platform and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kkbb platform.
• "Platform" refers to the kkbb website accessible at https://kkbb.io and all associated pages, services, and features.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a player's kkbb Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts awarded to a player's Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Taka" or "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawal processing.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction mechanism allowing a player to suspend or permanently close their Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kkbb governing your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2.2 By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2.3 kkbb reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. By registering, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kkbb enforces strict age verification procedures and may request official identification documents at any time.

3.2 Jurisdiction. kkbb operates as an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. kkbb does not make any representation that the Platform is legal in your specific location.

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account or place Bets on kkbb:

• Any person under 21 years of age;
• Any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from kkbb or any affiliated platform;
• Any person who has been identified as a problem gambler by kkbb's responsible gaming team;
• Employees of kkbb and their immediate family members;
• Any person acting as an agent or nominee on behalf of an ineligible person.

3.4 Verification. kkbb reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by kkbb may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on kkbb. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kkbb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and for promptly updating it if any details change.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. kkbb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify kkbb immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. kkbb reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated payment method subject to completed KYC verification.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kkbb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets are credited to your Account balance almost instantly upon confirmation of receipt by kkbb. Bank transfer deposits may take longer subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. kkbb reserves the right to request any or all of the following documents before approving a withdrawal: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

5.6 Same-Method Policy. Where practicable, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. kkbb reserves the right to apply this policy as an anti-money-laundering measure.

5.7 Currency. All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kkbb does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any foreign-currency transactions initiated at the payment method level are the responsibility of the player's payment provider and any resulting conversion fees are borne by the player.

5.8 Transaction Limits. kkbb may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on account history and verification status.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market. kkbb reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

6.2 Bet Confirmation. A Bet is only valid once a bet reference number has been issued and the Bet appears in your account's betting history. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not binding on kkbb.

6.3 Errors and Manifest Errors. Where a Bet has been placed at clearly incorrect odds or on an event erroneously listed on the Platform (a "Manifest Error"), kkbb reserves the right to void the Bet and refund the stake. kkbb's determination of what constitutes a Manifest Error shall be final.

6.4 Live Betting. Odds on in-play markets update in real time. By the time a Bet is confirmed, odds may have changed from those displayed at the time you initiated the Bet. kkbb's system will notify you of any such change and give you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the Bet.

6.5 Event Cancellation and Postponement. In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the published rescheduling period, Bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for individual sports and markets apply and are available in the Platform's sports betting help section.

6.6 Maximum Payout. kkbb applies a maximum payout limit per player per event. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the betting interface. Winnings exceeding the published maximum payout for any single event will be capped at that maximum.

7. Casino Games

7.1 Game Providers. Casino games on the Platform are supplied by third-party studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All game studios supplying content to kkbb operate under their own applicable certifications and are subject to independent testing of their random number generators.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each casino game carries a theoretical Return to Player percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout rate of the game under normal operating conditions. RTP figures are published by the respective game studios and are available within the game information section of each title on the Platform.

7.3 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the round in which the malfunction occurred will be voided and the relevant stake returned to your Account. kkbb does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific casino game and accepts no liability for losses arising from game interruption caused by technical failure.

7.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed from studio environments operated by the relevant game provider. kkbb is not responsible for stream quality issues attributable to your internet connection or device. Decisions made by live dealers in accordance with published game rules are final.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by kkbb are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry date, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion terms before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account, after which any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. kkbb reserves the right to limit or withdraw promotional offers where it suspects that multiple accounts or household members are being used to exploit bonus terms.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using third-party wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements at zero risk, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral bonuses — constitutes bonus abuse. kkbb reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to suspend the Account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

8.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds. Where a player's Account contains both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance will be used for wagering first unless the player has opted into a specific bonus that operates differently per its individual terms.

8.6 Promotional Changes. kkbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time it is modified will be notified of the change and given the option to withdraw their real-money Balance subject to their then-current wagering obligations.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkbb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with casino games;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software or odds engine;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions by opening a new account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward kkbb staff or other players via any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 kkbb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a mandatory 21+ age policy across all products. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the maximum amount you can deposit within a given period;

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkbb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkbb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

13.3 kkbb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kkbb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Termination and Suspension

14.1 kkbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kkbb reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to kkbb.

14.2 Upon termination of your Account by kkbb for cause, kkbb reserves the right to forfeit your entire Account Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where kkbb closes an Account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method.

14.3 You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Following closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1 kkbb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document. Where amendments are material, kkbb will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via email or Platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.

15.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the offshore jurisdiction in which kkbb is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
